3. Refund Eligibility

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the account issue within 24 hours, you will be eligible for a refund for the affected account. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following confirmation that the account issue could not be fixed.

4. Conditions for Refund

Please note that refunds will only be granted if we fail to fix the non-functional account within the stated timeframe. Accounts that are functioning as intended are not eligible for a refund.
